1. Scope
These terms apply to all quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts issued by Guangzhou GreenVista Technology Co., Ltd. (“GreenVista”) to the buyer (“Customer”).
2. Product Specifications
Specifications stated on each COA govern the shipment. Documentation on the website is for general reference and may be updated without prior notice.
3. Compliance & Documentation
Customer is responsible for verifying that GreenVista’s products meet the regulatory requirements of the destination market (e.g., FDA / EFSA / FSANZ / Health Canada). GreenVista provides COA, TDS, and SDS to support the customer’s own regulatory submissions.
4. Liability
Statements on this website describe raw-material attributes and traditional / common applications only. GreenVista does not market finished products for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. Final product claims are the responsibility of the finished-product manufacturer.
5. Governing Law
Quotations and contracts are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are settled by amicable negotiation, or failing that, by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
